RealNetworks Inc. does not have any video material that I can find on any of their websites or social platforms. They did update their website which looks excellent! It is simple yet elegant and easy to interact with. I actually learned that RealNetworks has multiple brands that each have their own unique presence on social media platforms.
RealNetworks should make promotional videos for their RealPlayer and Rinse Services. Rinse is a RealNetwork service that cleans up your iTunes music library so it is organized and plays better. This is an excellent service, but how about releasing a special video with great sound and graphics that shows the features of Rinse! That is my recommendation. They could do this for any of their services.
This changes need to happen because web videos drive brand interests. A customer wants to see a video behind a product or service. Just like a fan want to see a video behind a musical artist or song.
