Dick's drive-in has been around Seattle since 1945, founded by Dick Spady. This fast food joint which originates and operates in Seattle has surprisingly a lot of fans both in the real and online life. Their Facebook page proudly shows off their 190,000 likes while their twitter has more than 3,500 followers, they frequently post new content such as customer appreciation, events and related news.

One of the surprising things I found out was the amount of fans they have on Facebook. Upon further research, it turns out Dick's had an event called the "Social Media Treasure Hunt" close to 3 months ago that significantly increased their fan base on Facebook and Twitter.
Nowadays, most of the posts on Dick's facebook page is made by their fans, most of them enjoying Dick's burgers with activities that they enjoy (such as guitar playing, pre-prom snacks etc.). On top of providing the community with tasty burgers and fun events, Dick's drive-in really takes care of their employees. Every employee at Dick's is provided with benefits such as 401k, medical coverage, and a college tuition scholarship.
