Content's video of Quadrant Homes

In my previous blog, I opined that Quadrant Homes has done a pretty good job in reaching their target customers through utilizing current social medias, which include Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube page.  The only suggestion would be to have a “testimonial page” for its Facebook and Twitter page and even in the YouTube; there are only few people who give comments.  This would build credibility on the company as people share their thoughts and opinions about Quadrant Homes’ performance. Besides, it will acknowledge Quadrant Homes with information regarding to how to improve their business.

Nowadays, video has become one of the crucial or common promotional strategies to demonstrate the company itself as well as to attract people attention. I think that Quadrant Homes has some informative videos, however, those are not very interesting and attractive. As a result, even though there are around 700-900 people who had watched the video, but only few of them have left comments or have liked the video (thumbs up or down).

Here is one of the examples from Quadrant Homes’ video that shows a touring home design, which I personally said this video is good and informative.

After looking to this video and other videos that related to Quadrant Homes, I have another recommendation, which is to add a background music and narrative voice explaining the materials that have been used, the process, and other things related to designing a house. A video on Make-Up Tutorial would be a great example for Quadrant Homes to learn from.

The prospective customers will have detail information and clear sight on what company is they are dealing with. I believe that this kind of video will definitely leave more positive impression on people who watch it. Therefore, Quadrant Homes will have an improvement in their promotional tactics.
