Google Changing The Mobile Market

Let's face it: smart phones have now followed general mobile devices into saturated markets. The mobile industry currently produces too many models, that no person can keep up without having to spend hundreds of dollars every two or three months. Google has proved itself once again in conceptualizing viable ideas that were once only existent in Sci-fi movies, and bringing them to our every day lives.

On April 4th, Google released their video on Youtube portraying an average life revolutionized with a new way to take on the mobile world: Project Glass.

The best part of it is not what Google is planning to sell, but it enables the capacity and grounds for taking it further in the future: technology for a seemingly hands-free (and not attention diverting) device era is not too far of a stretch. The industry for hands-free has come a long way from the past few years; creating richer speech recognition to creating bionic lenses.

Because of these specialized departments of the mobile industry, a new wave of devices will soon enter our mobile market. Hopefully these won't suffer the same fate as the past devices of the mobile industry, but continue to enhance our lifestyles as well as our experiences in telecommunication
