Apple Inc, A Remarkable Company

Upon reading the article called The Apple Experience: Secrets to Building Insanely Great Customer Loyalty. I really agree on the way Apple operates their business as well as handling their customers. Apple has been a game changer in revolutionizing the retail industry business.

What's Apple success in out beating its' competitors? First of all, they crafted a message amongst their competitors that they are not just selling stuff. But behind that curtain, they engage customers on a whole different level by focusing on the benefit that the product serves. In terms of marketing the product, Apple really knows how to show customers why they should buy the product. It becomes crucial for successful companies to indicate why their customers should buy the product. Initially it used to be what is the product, how it is made, and why should you buy it. But know, Apple has twisted the fact that when they market their product, they market it in a way that truly grabs the customer's attention by showing them first why should they buy it and how would it benefit them.

Steve Jobs has the idea to think differently, in order to sell Apple in a whole new way. The idea was to capture inspiring ways to attract consumers. Make a difference to the consumers, by enriching their lives and where there are back and forth relationships between sellers and consumers. I like how Apple has a non-commisioned sales floor, whereby their employees are not pressured to sell. By that, they could be more comfortable and more willing to assist customers at their own pace. The best thing that Apple provides are their overall store experience, from their employees to the layout and their environment. All are carefully planned to perfection and customer satisfaction. Another great factor contributing to Apple's success is their diversity and sincerity. They welcome all race and culture, regardless whether someone has tattoos or piercings. The one thing that they care most about is sincerity and performance. They don't judge someone just because they are different, what's important is how they do business, the passion and attitude to work for Apple. After all, Steve Job's vision was to think different and act different from his competitors.
