Pioneer Human Service on Facebook, Linked in and Youtube

Pioneer Human Service was founded in 1963. It has been nationally recognized as a model social enterprise who has served over 100,000 people through an integrated array of services. Pioneer is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide chance for change to people overcoming challenges of chemistry dependency, mental health issues or criminal histories by offering an integrated of housing, employment, training, reentry and treatment services, using earned revenue from our entrepreneurial activities.

When i searched Pioneer Human Service on Facebook page, i was pretty shocked because there is nothing on their Facebook page. There has no picture, no company information or anything else. Although its Facebook page was not developed, there are still 51 people liked it. I think Pioneer Human services should start to edit its Facebook since Facebook is now one of the most famous social media that people use.

Pioneer Human Services has its own YouTube page which has 7 videos. There are about 1971 people watched the videos but only 4 followers. All the seven videos were uploaded 2 years ago. Compare to Facebook page, i think they made more effort on its YouTube page. Its videos mainly talk about its history, missions and what they value. 

I think Pioneer Human Service should upload some videos about what they have done, for example they can make some documentary videos so that people can understand what they actually do more easily.

As for its Linked in, it is developed better. It has the information about its company such as its mission statement, their values and goals. It has 143 employees and 332 followers. On its Linked in page, you can easily get all the company information about Pioneer Services.

Overall, i think Pioneer Human Service could consider putting more effort on its social media platforms in order to increase its popularity as well as to help customers better understand the organization.
