Pioneer Human Services-use of videos

Pioneer Human Services has its own YouTube page with several videos on it. As i  mentioned earlier, all of the videos they have on the YouTube were uploaded two years ago. Although they may still be helpful, i think it may be more relevant if they have newer videos once a while.

On its YouTube page, each video is a chapter that talks about what Pioneer Human Services is and what their missions are. I have not finish watching all of them, but i found the videos actually help a lot for people to better understand what PHS is and what it does. In addition, the videos not only talks about its company, but some meaningful thoughts from some of the executives of the company as well as some thoughtful knowledges.

There are eight chapters:
Chapter 1: PHS Overview
Chapter 2: The beginning
Chapter 3: Pioneer finds a home
Chapter 4: Getting down to business
Chapter 5: Norm chamberlain
Chapter 6: A chance for change
Chapter 7: Fiscal responsibility
Chapter 8: Personal gain

I think Pioneer Human Services can use its YouTube page to better market themselves. For example, they can make some meaningful story telling videos to really show people what they do  and who they are. As a viewer, i am more interested in the video that has a story in it instead of watching people talking all the time. I suggest that since PHS is a company that helps people who overcome challenges in their life and give them chances to change, it is a good chance to make a film about one of its client and show other customers the process of how he/she go through everything and how the company helps them.
