People "Like" Ford



Fix Or Repair Daily. This is a common acronym that has followed the Ford motor company around for decades. Recently the negative remark has become less pervasive. This is because of the changing business environment at Ford.


Ford sales have advanced 5% in March according to Bloomberg news. I am not the only one who "likes" ford on facebook. The facebook platform has been an intergral part of Fords online marketing campaign. Without a doubt, the increased use of interactive marketing will yield a higher number of interactive advertisemtnts for Ford.


Ford has the potential and ability to release interactive applications similiar to the Nissian Leaf smart device media we viewed in class. Futher, interactive advertising and marketing will allow the programmers to have a first-response to products that are going to be exceptionally poor, or exceptionally good. This is because the communication between the consumer and the producer is immediate and the data is immediately available managers.


Ford, unlike some other automobile companies based out of the midwest, has been able to recognize the changing market environment and adapt to new market conditions. This has allowed them to sustain themselves economically.
