Click "like" on 7-Eleven Facebook page
7-Eleven is one of the world's largest convenience retailers. Its stores are located in 16 countries such as United States, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and Thailand, and all of them are opening 24/7.
When I was in Taiwan, I shopped in 7-Eleven on a daily basis. In Taiwan, 7-Eleven is everywhere, and it provides not only foods and drinks, but it also provides services such as paying phone bills and street parking permit. You can even buy an air ticket in Taiwan's 7-Eleven.There are more than five 7-Elevens within ten minutes walking distance from my home. With a high density of stores, it is not an unusual scene in Taiwan for two 7-Eleven stores to stand face to face across an intersection.
There are three reasons why I "liked" the Taiwan 7-Eleven Facebook page. First, the page will show people information about new products and services that are now providing in the local store. Second, it provides latest information about the gifts we can get for free after spending over a certain amount of money in store. Third, it also announces the limited items for some special days.
I think creating a Facebook page is a very useful tool for companies to promote their products and services. As for customers, liking organizations' Facebook page is also a good way to get the latest information.
