The Newegg Experience

Perhaps one of my largest online purchases was this summer when I purchased components to build a computer. For pretty much all of the components purchased I used newegg.com, an online electronics superstore. I have found that this web store is very reliable in getting product shipped to me quickly and undamaged and they have a very good customer service policy. Not only that but they consistently run substantial deals on many of their products which in my case shaved off about $150 dollars from my order and got me free shipping.

One of the awesome features of the site in particular is the focus on customer reviews. There are millions of product reviews from customers that form a great base of information. It is easy to see if a particular product is reliable or if there are any debilitating issues and what people think about the product. These reviews helped me decide which components to get and I am so far very satisfied with my choices.

Overall I had a very good experience using Newegg to make my purchases. Not only did I know that I was getting the best deal I could have at the time, I knew that I chose a good product, and even if there were issues I knew that Newegg could rectify it. Newegg is my first stop for purchasing computing products and I am definitely a satisfied customer.
