Amazon also made me feel very secured. when i save my credit card, i feel safe. Because Amazon is big and if anything happened, Amazon will provide the service to me. For E-commerce business, online security is one of the major issue. If Amazon didn't do well in the security field, Amazon will fail. However, Amazon did a great job.
lastly, the good sell at Amazon has good quality, not only the goods have good quality, but the customer service are very high quality as well. once i shopped on Amazon market place, i put the wrong address. I called Amazon customer service at 3am. Amazon customer service fixed my problem instantly. if the seller shipped the good the next day, i will have a hard time receiving the good i bought. but since the customer service work 24/7, i don't have further more problem.
