The Internet has upended how consumers engage with brands. It is transforming the economics of marketing and marketing obsolete many of the function's traditional strategies and structures. When Apple has its new product, there is always a new video introducing about it. It also compare the new products with the old product/last generation. At the same time, it also have all other products presented with the detail prices. It gives customer chances to be more familiar with the new products as well as attracting customers to purchase the new products. Further more, before its new product is released, there are rumors all over the social networks which is also a way to promote the product.


iTunes is also one of the tool that Apple use for its online branding. People who uses Apple products such as iPhone or iPod touch also use iTunes. They can easily go on to iTunes and look for the applications, musics, movies, etc. On its iTunes web page, Apple has the newest software which customers can use to update their devices. Also, Apple provides weekly new musics, movies and applications on the web page where people can get updated easily.


Apple is also engaged with many social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. By using these platforms, Apple can interact with more customers at the same time advertise for its brand. People talk about what product they are using recently, share videos or posts about what they think about the products or even what iPhone 5 will be look like. In addition, people tend to trust people around them more then the business or retailers, thus, he more people talk about it, the more popular it is, the more possibilities that people will purchase Apple products.
