i have been using eBay since i was a freshman in the college. I used to not trusting any of the online shopping website before because there were a lot of news about spam and frauds about online shopping. After i heard about eBay from my friend, i started to use it and found that eBay is a really good and safe online shopping website.
I bought a set of UV gel nail set from eBay which i think was one of the best shopping experience. My friends recommended to one of the nail art website that she has been using for very long. Thus, I went on the seller page and look through all the products. After i bought the products, the seller sent me e-mails and introduced the products that i bought as well as giving me suggestions of how to use the products. She also recommended me some website that i can purchase related products which i think the customer service was really good.
There are several reason that i think eBay is one of the best online shopping website. First of all, it is well organized .You can just type in the product that you are looking for and there will be tons matches pop up. On the other hand, if you don't know the specific thing that you want, there is a section that eBay sort all the products into categories such as cloth for Men/Women, sporting goods, etc. Secondly, eBay has feedbacks from customers which we can know if the seller is good or not. It also has something like top-rated sellers. I always choose to purchase products from the top-rated sellers because i feel they are safer and more secure. eBay also has two selling system, one is buy it now and the other one is for bidding. Sometimes eBay has free shipping as well. Last but not least, eBay requires membership for purchasing on the website.You have to sign in every time you want to shop on the website and they have all the purchase history, wish lists and so on which provides customers with a secure and convenient shopping environment.
