The Key of Success to Interactive Marketing

The key of success to interactive marketing is a synthesis between the innovation of employees and the need of customers in establishing the business company’s brand or product.  It is important for the marketing section of a business to grow with the growth of technology as well. Two-way interaction is crucial to be able to adapt with the future. In my opinion, the technique of CORE, when implemented well can be sufficient to support the development of the business. For instance, companies can develop products where it integrates both what the company envisions and customers’ behavior. This way companies can implement the trend of customer to increase sales. They should also create a database that gives an interaction of customers’ comment and thought on the product.

Companies should also respond efficiently within the system. As a business, they cannot always answer every single question. It is impossible to satisfy everyone. Hence, business should identify the strong customers or employees, and elaborate their recommendations. This can also reinforce a company in empowering the customers and employees to favor your brands. In a way, a company must be able to understand how to relate the product of their companies rather, but still limit the production from turning all into what customers want. Companies should also be able to identify what is the most important point that needs development. A change that will not cost that much, but can generate more profit.

Although it is hard to implement this kind of marketing with the financial and staff constraint, it is necessary for business to start developing interactive marketing. I think that when you can communicate with your customers as well as empowering you employee who work with the customers on daily basis to give innovation for your business, rather than just by doing research and prediction, this system is more efficient and useful. Companies can also identify easily the problems they need to improve on based on the employees’ suggestion.
